We are seeking an experienced and highly capable Internal Sales Executive for a full-time position at our head office in Elland, West Yorkshire.

You can expect to

• Prepare technical quotes.
• Liaise with clients in the UK and Europe, from architects to sub-contractors.
• Process sales enquiries in a timely manner.
• Learn about and promote our products and systems.
• Coordinate different business units (procurement, operations, and marketing).
• Provide excellent client support via phone and email proactively and reactively.
• Read and interpret construction drawings.
• Be the internal point of contact for the external sales team.
• Occasional travel within the UK and Europe.

 

You will have

• Previous internal sales experience.
• A background in the construction industry.
• Strong customer service skills.
• A personable, motivated, and professional attitude.
• Experience using Microsoft Excel.
• Previous experience using CRM systems, ERP, and Sage Accounting is highly desirable.
